From a modest beginning in 2nd January, 1985 C. E. Testing Company Pvt. Ltd. has steadily grown over the years, providing one stop solutions in the field of Geological & Geotechnical Subsurface Investigation, Foundation Consultancy and Engineering Survey. In a span of 25 years CETEST has made its presence felt in the entire country with projects ranging from extremely remote areas of Assam and Arunachal Pradesh in the North East to Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra in the West, colder terrains of Himalayas in Jammu – Kashmir and Bhutan in the North, to the Southern shores of Tamil Nadu, A.P., Karnataka and Kerala including Andaman - Nicobar & Lakshadweep Islands.

With a steady and steep growth in the field of Geotechnical consultancy, in the last 5 years we have diversified in the field of Engineering Survey , Highway & Bridge Engineering. Engineering Survey is the technique and science of accurately determining the terrestrial or three-dimensional space position of points and the distances and angles between them. Topographical Hydrographical and Route survey is done by making a wide use of total station, DGPS and GPS. Our survey drawings are produced under AutoCAD 2009 and we can email soft copies to our clients within no time. The drawings are always customized to meet client specific requirements. Today it serves a wide spectrum of clientele utilizing our multi-disciplinary, professional capabilities in surveying, hydrogeology and engineering.

After completing substantial amount of work in the field of road design under PMGSY (1600 km in Bihar and 1400 km. in Tripura) and with securing some prestigious projects like 4-laning of NH-82 (95 km.), widening and strengthening of 423 km. State Highways in North Bihar, etc., the Highway Engineering Group has been made stronger by way of induction of fresh and experienced professionals and arranging intra departmental training programmes amongst our own Employees. Many new and advanced softwares have been procured and in-house computer programs have been developed to deliver quick, efficient, effective and best quality DPR’s within a very short time.

Bridge Engineering Group has also prospered, especially in the last two years with about 57 nos. of Bridges of different types having been designed under a single order in the state of Bihar . Additionally, another 30 nos. Bridges have been designed in Tripura State under different clients.
